Salpointe Women’s Basketball: Building a Legacy Beyond the Court

For years, Salpointe High School has prided itself on excellence — not just in the classroom, but on the hardwood. The Lady Lancers have long embodied what it means to compete with heart, discipline, and pride. Over the years, that commitment has produced a remarkable legacy: Salpointe women’s basketball alumni continuing their careers at the collegiate level, representing programs across the country in the NCAA and beyond.

From the first dribble in the Lancer gym to the roar of college arenas, these players have carried with them the same relentless work ethic and team-first mentality that defined their time at Salpointe. Their journeys are a testament to the culture built by dedicated coaches, teammates, and a supportive community that believes in pushing boundaries and setting new standards.

Every alumna who has worn the Salpointe jersey and gone on to play at the next level represents more than personal achievement — she represents the program’s legacy. They’ve shown future Lady Lancers that dreams can become reality through hard work, sacrifice, and a deep love for the game.

As Salpointe continues to grow its tradition of excellence, these alumni stand as living proof of what’s possible. Whether competing in Division I, II, or III programs, each player’s story adds a new chapter to Salpointe’s proud basketball history — one defined by perseverance, teamwork, and Lancer pride.

Salpointe Catholic offers a leading athletic program for all student-athletes in a Christian atmosphere. We promote passion, dedication, pride, loyalty, confidence, class and competitive spirit.

Salpointe’s tradition of athletic greatness began over 70 years ago and is the responsibility of every Lancer to maintain. We believe that the field, court and gymnasium are an extension of the classroom—a place where we promote development of the whole person by incorporating Carmelite values, moral leadership and community spirit.
